65Estates was founded by Edwin Wong in 2018, with an interest in connecting people with the right spaces. Based in Singapore, the practice brings property research and everyday needs into the same conversation.

This journal is an extension of that approach. It explores what buyers and sellers need to compare, what a place feels like on the ground, and how one property decision affects the next.
